This month becomes valuable for PT Dynaplast. As a company that always continues to grow and enhancing services for the customers, again PT Dynaplast received two awards from one of its customer in early 2017.
In “Partners For Growth Awards” that held on 29 March 2017 at InterContinental Hotel Mid Plaza – Jakarta, PT Dynaplast has awarded by Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia. The event was attended by the entire Board of Directors and also the invited suppliers of Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia. This event was held to celebrate 25 years the presenting of Coca-Cola Amatil in Indonesia.
PT Dynaplast is proud to receive the award as the “Runner Up for Best Supplier and Best Consistent Supplier”. This awarding event was attended by Mr. Tony Hambali, Mr. Hasan Hambali, and Mr. Bennett Jap as the board of directors of PT Dynaplast. All of employees were being proud to for this awards especially for Dynaplast 08 which Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia’s product were produced. As Plant Manager of DP08, Mr. Johannes Sugiarto Dermawan explained that all of this can’t be separated from the role and the effort of all Internal team. All of department in DP08 usually do morning briefing to coordinate and discuss every problems that happen, look for the solutions, and planning it so all problems can be dealt immediately. “ We’re commited to give the best service for all customers by giving them Customer Technical Support and respond their feedback 1×24 hours “, said Mr. Johannes.
Beside the awards that got by PT Dynaplast, another award was gave to Mr. Robin as the sales representative of PT Dynaplast for Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia. Mr. Robin was awarded as “The Best Key Account Manager”. In that event, Ms. Vanny as Planner team of Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia give testimony for Mr. Robin. She said that Mr. Robin is a supportive and responsive person in providing any feedbacks and problem solutions. These aspects are being assessed by Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia for this category. According to Mr. Robin, buiding a relationship to customers is like building a relationship with our girlfriend. We should do it sincerely and openly . By creating an intensive, open-minded, and effective commnication and build the same mission with the customers, we can build their trust . Building relationship with the customer can’t be limited only for business, however it can be done by building interpersonal relationship, sharing our life experiences and other valuable learning (Customer Intimacy). The key elements to get this are the best effort, hard work, and the encouragement from entire team. “I really surprise and happy for the appreciation from the customer and also PT Dynaplast Board of Director. I hope this will be my own big motivation and also for other sales team”, said Mr. Robin. Congratulations PT Dynaplast and Mr. Robin!
